Two Bed Room Unit:

USD 650 per month inclusive of water supply, security guard, car parking, TV cable and rubbish collection.

One Bed Room Unit:

USD 400 per month inclusive of water supply, security guard, car parking, TV cable and rubbish collection.

The price of electricity consumption is 1,000 Riel or USD 0.25 per Kwh. The payment of electricity cost will be made at the end of each month based on the measurement tool (meter).
